Terms & conditions

Last updated: 6 June 2026

Quiet Leverage publishes a newsletter and a reference library of working Claude tactics for project managers. Content is free. Tools are downloads you run on your own machine. By using the site, you accept the terms below.

Plain-language description of how the site operates. Publisher's good-faith terms, not legal advice. Questions or corrections: admin@myquietleverage.com.

What the site provides

A library of written entries describing project-management problems and the Claude-built tools that solve them, plus a newsletter delivering selected entries via email. Everything is free. There's no paid tier today.

What the tools are

Each library entry ships with a tool: PowerShell 7 scripts you download and run locally on your own machine. Some tools are file-based (they parse Excel files or Microsoft Project XML exports). Others are vendor-API tools (they talk to ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, Trello, etc., using credentials you provide).

Tools also include user guides, prompt guides, and the local HTML report renderers. None of it runs on a Quiet Leverage server. There is no Quiet Leverage backend that your data passes through.

AS-IS, no warranty

The tools and content are provided AS-IS, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The tools have Pester test suites and were verified against bundled fixtures. They have not been certified against every version of every vendor's API, every variant of Microsoft Project's XML export, or every edge case of your specific data shape. You run them at your own risk. Inspect the code before running it. The prompt guides on each entry walk through how the tools were built so you can verify and modify them.

Tools that write to live systems

A subset of tools can be configured to write back to your vendor systems. The MSP ↔ Trello Sync tool's push direction can create and update Trello cards when invoked with the full -Mode live -Execute -Confirm flag combination. Future tools may add similar capabilities.

For these tools:

  • Live writes are gated by multiple safety rails (read the per-tool documentation).
  • Dry-run mode is the default. Writes never fire without an explicit second confirmation.
  • You are responsible for verifying the dry-run output before flipping the confirmation. The tools cannot predict what your team will consider correct.
  • Quiet Leverage is not liable for incorrect writes, data loss, or downstream consequences of writes you authorise. Start with a throwaway test board.

Newsletter content is not professional advice

The newsletter and library are reference material for working project managers. The content reflects the publisher's working experience and current best understanding. It is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or contractual advice. For decisions where those matter, consult someone qualified to give that advice.

Use of the tools

Subscribers may use, modify, and adapt the downloaded tools for any personal or professional purpose, including internal redistribution within their employer or client organisations. The tools may be incorporated into your team's workflow without further permission.

Public redistribution of the tools as your own work, or republication of the written content without attribution, is not permitted. If you publish a derivative work that's substantially based on a Quiet Leverage tool or entry, attribute it (a one-line credit and a link to the source entry is sufficient).

Copyright

Written content on the site is © Quiet Leverage. Code in the downloaded tools is published under the terms above (free use, free modification, attribution on public redistribution).

No SLA

Site uptime is best-effort, hosted on Vercel's free tier. The newsletter cadence is best-effort. There is no service-level agreement. Tools may be revised, deprecated, or replaced without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Leverage is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, or the tools — including but not limited to: data loss, corrupted project files, incorrect writes to your vendor systems, missed deadlines, regulatory non-compliance, or business losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Quiet Leverage harmless against any third-party claim arising from your use of the tools — including writes you authorise to live vendor systems, credentials you expose, or misuse of the tools against systems you do not have permission to access.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. To stop receiving the newsletter, click unsubscribe in any newsletter email. To remove the unlock cookie, clear cookies for the site in your browser.

Quiet Leverage reserves the right to discontinue any tool or remove any content with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the next newsletter issue.

Disputes

If something on the site or in a tool causes a problem, contact admin@myquietleverage.com first. We'll try to resolve it directly. Most problems are easier solved that way than through formal channels.
